Unable to upload videos on JomSocial

I already had a lot of trouble in the past updating the version. Just to get to the 4.7.3 from the 4.6.2 was an Odissey and required the update one version at a time.
Now even trying from 4,7.3 to 4.7.4 gets us stuck (see attachments). Do you have any idea? Are there any php requirement or something else?

You should use this patch /opt/ffmpeg/bin/ffmpeg as Path to FFMPEG
