hi, after registering on the site and activating the account with the mail link, the system says that "Username and Password do not match or you do not have an account yet".
How can this be solved?

Could you switch default template on your site to Protostar - a standard template of Joomla and test to create a new user again?

I just checked at my end with GK Box but the activate email link still worked normally.

hi, I just set up VMBEEZ3 template and Log In is working fine.
The password recovery DOES NOT WORK and the recovery of the username DOES NOT WORK. By clicking on the two links you can only access the home page!

What I meant was that you can try to switch default Joomla template - GK Box to a standard template of JOomla and test the registration for new account with activating link in email again to see how it goes. This will help to figure out where the issue comes from.

hello as I told you I did the test by changing the template with vmbeez3 - Joomla default and everything works regularly including recover password and username. The problem is with GK Box. Password recovery and username recovery does not work.

I leave you the default template set VMBEEZ3.

230972gabriella I got your point. The problem here is that there is no menu item for 'Reset password' or 'remind username request' on your site so that when you click these 2 links, it will redirect to default page on your site.

I just created 2 menu items for these 2 types and these 2 links are working now. Kindly check.
