Error in megafilter for virtuemart...

I'm testing your Atoms model and using megafilter for virtuemart.
When testing at https://demos.toonsdomain.com/lojas/atoms/index.php - Store menu, when filtering and then selecting a product to view the details I get url errors.
For example, when loading the Skinny Suit With Notch Lapels product the url should be https://demos.toonsdomain.com/lojas/atoms/index.php/category-layout/fashion/clothing/skinny-suit-with-notch- lapels-detail but appears https://demos.toonsdomain.com/lojas/atoms/lojas/atoms/index.php/category-layout/fashion/clothing/skinny-suit-with-notch-lapels-detail

The following appears: ... /shops/atoms/shops/atoms/ (it is duplicated). How to solve ?

Hi
Can you check again on search over the Shop Menu item.
I did search for skinny.
It show Product and opening the Product page show this URL : /lojas/atoms/category-layout/fashion/skinny-suit-with-notch-lapels-detail
Because the Clothing Menu item does not created on site. I added it : http://prntscr.com/1aomowg
And you can see it will show fine now.
