Hello, I am trying to increase site speed loading, i found problem with PageSpeed Insights

The font file already loading from a font-awesome.min.css CDN resource give by font servr for a faster speed.
Further your site already loading via cloud and JCH lazy load. The file is not creating any error.

Ninja Right and it is not creating any error but takes 230ms to load! Is it related to Jomsocial? or to Joomla?

This is normal to load any file can ms its mili second not second, its not creating a delay It just add the icon font. If JS not svg icon in code. If you have any other extension or custom html that use icon this file must be loaded.
By the way the load speed is not bad on your site.

Thank you for reply, load speed is not bad but PageSpeed Insights shows bad rank , it is factor of google search position i need to improve it to reach 90 at least, i tried everything counldnt improve it

JomSocial is already used compressed js for more speed tools you can try extension from JED like JCH and use CDN and Joomla cache.

I am already using JCH and CloadFlare but they didnt make big improvement , before them rank was so bad ..

Sorry but this is not only about JS this is about your complete website include Joomla, you can follow the suggestion from Google. It is checking, implement different things and testing to optimize a Joomla website and include several steps from server speed to page size, image and more.

I am using pure Joomla with pure Jomsocial .. You can check rank of demo Jomsocial you will see how it is low ..

Can you point me specific file you said that down your site rank.
Further I can not agree with you if u saying JS out down rank. There is a lot of factors used on site speed. Include what you adding on site.
Optimization of websites is custom Job and I suggest you to hire a dev as this is not about a specific extension.

I turned off JCH i made site speed test(I turned off CloadFlare but need time to be disabled) i got this

for sure bundle.js taking long time to load, images also causing delay siterank mobile is "29"

To full test (JCH IS OFF) PageSpeed Insights

Its already use compression and further couldn't be minimize as there are features work with this js file. About images you can use aws storage / CDN for faster load. And apply suggestion I already shared
