I have it so when someone logs in, they see submit an article on the navigation for Pro Publisher. I tested submitting an article but it comes up with an error that I need to fill in the captcha. I don't see a captcha to fill out on the submission page.

    I turned off the captcha, can you give a try now.
    Also i found submit article option is from Joomla core.
