Replacing Front Page default Image

I must be missing something very tiny, but I cannot change the Jomsocial front page default image to a graphic I created. I upload my image, hit save but nothing happens.

Can someone assist me in figuring out why the new image does not replace the default image?

Kindly Increase the Memory limit value to 512M from your server PHP settings.
Meanwhile you can replace this image with same name and file type : components/com_community/assets/frontpage-image-default.jpg

Are we talking about: memory_limit = 256M to memory_limit = 512?

Hello, I increased the memory limit as advised to 512MB. I also replaced the default image with my own, but still the default front page image is showing.
