I tried to upgrade alle the component of the template, and T4, module, etc was fine but the core template upgrade give me this error:
Failed to extract file: download.php_element_ja_resort_version_1.0.2_type_template_coreVersion_j31

Kindly update the user permission to super user. And do update via JA Extension Manager.

Ninja i am sorry the right domain is https://ctcabruzzo.it (ja-tour template), the other one use another template
i not know about ja manager component for the upgrade. I downloaded it and configured it, and i did an upgrade of a ja -module, but when i go for check the template upgrade, it claim that there is no one: maybe when i installed the manager he did the job automatically?
