Unable to updrade the template

I tried to upgrade alle the component of the template, and T4, module, etc was fine but the core template upgrade give me this error:
Failed to extract file: download.php_element_ja_resort_version_1.0.2_type_template_coreVersion_j31

Kindly update the user permission to super user. And do update via JA Extension Manager.

Ninja i am sorry the right domain is https://ctcabruzzo.it (ja-tour template), the other one use another template

i not know about ja manager component for the upgrade. I downloaded it and configured it, and i did an upgrade of a ja -module, but when i go for check the template upgrade, it claim that there is no one: maybe when i installed the manager he did the job automatically?

Update not done auto. You need to do it via JAEM or via installation.
JA Extension Manager is safe is it gives option for compare and rollback.
Since there is new version it will not show the updates.
