To hide add this code in custom css

.acm-features.style-2 .pattern-left .features-left .features-img .img:after {display:none;}

For color It is overlay Image : /nouveau/images/joomlart/others/vt-4.png

You change it from template layout options > Edit layout > edit Section-5 > Overlay.
