Members can't end membership

Members can't end membership.
They get, see photo.

It works so far but in the next step you get a white site with the info I sent before.

There is a account "Testavslut" that was a live account that you can use to test with because it should be removed.
Both the member and I have tried too delete it but we both get the same result.

Change the password as you like and make it active before.

Kindly check with jomtest account. I tried to delete and there is no error found. Make sure you can not delete super user accounts.

Thanks but I don't understand.
The Jomtest account is still there.

When I try to delete the account "Testavslut" I first get :

When I then click delete the account it goes wrong.
See my first attached photo in this thread.

Please feel free to test whit the account "Testavslut" ID number 9012.

Account deletion will disable the account only and does not delete as the data posted by user already there.
Now as GDPR you have admin access to delete the user account from backend. the same has been informed to user so he contact admin to delete his account.
If you need more control i suggest you to use a GPDR extension on this.

Hi Pankaj,

Before last update it worked and now it don't.

When a member wants to end membership they go to there profile and click the button to end membership.
I as Super user ore admin get a e-mail that member xxx with ID number xx have clicked the end membership button and after that I go to the JomSocial backend and delete the member.

Now when the member click the end membership button they get a message that something went wrong. See my first photo.

I still get the mail that member xxx with ID number xx have clicked the end membership button but when I go backend and try to delete that member i don't work either.

Sorry but something is wrong with my JomSocial.

Please help me.

It appear issue only with some members profile.
about the update can you downgrade the PHP version and give a try

The issue has been raised for dev team for upcoming JS version with J4. I also saw group name issue is solved after downgrade PHP.
