Where to add the language selector?

Friends of Joomlart, was wondering how I add the language selector at the top of the site that is using the JA_Blockk template?

I tried to add the selector with the flags and I couldn't, the site is already configured for English and Brazilian Portuguese and it only remains to add the module that selects the language.

I'm asking here on the forum, why I haven't found this subject in the documentation.

Hi rikaryo

I just edit the 'header-7' in Layout settings of template to load the 'lang' position there:

and also created a new language switcher module there.

You can now setup the multilingual for menu system, the flags will show up.

The language selector does not appear, is set to all and in all menus, and does not appear. I've already tried to modify the template and also couldn't make the flags of both languages appear.

Could you check the position if any details are missing?

As I mentioned above, you don't have the correct menu system for a multilingual site yet. Pls check this documentation for more info:

Basically, you need to have:
- A default menu
- A menu for Brasil
- A menu for English

And in each menu of Brasil/English, you need to set a default menu item for each.

Then the flaps will show up.
