Unable to go to additional blog pages

If you go to PCSO News you will see an array of images that link to blog articles for PCSO News. If you look at the bottom of the page, you will also see the word "Array" sticking out to the left, under the images. I don't know why that is there and how to get rid of it. But even worse than this is the text centered under the images that says "Page 1 of 3". There is no way to go to Pages 2 or 3. I'm stumped. Can you help me?

It's a known issue in template, we already lined it up in our bug tracking system. I will update here when having news.

OK, thanks. I noticed the template has an update, but frankly I'm afraid of updating the template since it creates havoc on the website, or at least it did the last time the template was updated. It created more work for me. I do hope this fix will be easy.
