Hi,

I've created a Twitter app and copied the keys to the plugin, but when I try to go to the settings on my profile on the frontend, it says this: Failed get the Twitter request token.

Twitter's developer area has changed a lot recently. Is there an up to date documentation section for this? Or can someone please walk me through setting it up?

To be clear, it's NOT WORKING.

NOTE: I sent this via the support ticket system, but you took the time to tell me that I shouldn't send it there, and FAILED to answer the question. Perhaps you should limite access to features that certain account types can't access? If you don't understand Joomla ACL, I'd be happy to help you out.

    Hi
Kindly edit fields in first post and submit site temp super user login and your twitter developer account login so i can check the keys you added.

About the premium tickets for general sales topics they still open, but for tech support only developer and premium tickets members can get help.

When I try to edit, the only thing I can change is the actual message posted here.

I can't post admin login information on a public forum. So how do I send without putting it here?

Also, as mentioned, you can set your ACL so the ticket option is only visible to the groups that have access to it. It's not hard to do, and will solve the problem of people seeing the visible and usable form who you don't want using it. Better for your UX for sure, because that's just annoying.

Ninja Kindly edit fields in first post and submit site temp super user login and your twitter developer account login so i can check the keys you added.

Can you submit the twitter dev login or add me as admin so i can check the keys.

Um. No. But it's really not that hard to copy and paste, so I don't think that's necessary?

Maybe you can just give me a link to the CURRENT documentation for this? The only one I could find is WAY out of date. I can read, so if you can give me the written documentation for this based on the CURRENT Twitter developer platform, I can probably figure it out.

        Thanks.
