No interactions with T4 Template and sp page builder

hello need help.... No interactions with T4 Template i have the newest SP-builder but the interaction only for T3 and protostar

hi no help in the forum//// Conflict Between Joomla 3.9.28 And Template T4. it just not working the fronted is Blank no option to work with the builder. this is ridicules. it's work with the basic default template of Joomla but not T4

I can share the URL+the super Admin credentials but I'm afraid you wont be able to log in. i am behind Haifa university Firewall which if not define in advanced won't let you to log in.

please try to check it on different sites.

is there a safe way to send you the login details?

I can't access backend of your site as it keeps redirecting to homepage on frontend.

Could you check again and also share the installation package of sp page builder to this email? sales@joomlart.com

sorry for the late reply (it was weekend here in my state - no working)

the latest SP builder package: com_sppagebuilder_pro_v3.7.12.

as I wrote befor i'm unable to let you login beacause the sites are behaind Haifa university Firewall. people who are not inside the univ are unable to login by Definition.
the sites are in webdevelop servers -- go after update/work to server infront of the firewall (but locked all options to work)
