T4 Framework 1.2

hello,
What is the current latest version T4 Framework, it is 1.2 for Joomla 3 and T4 Framework 2.0 for joomla 4?
I am using Joomla 3.10 and when I download T4 Framework 2.0 to install, I see my T4 Framework is 1.2.0? And my T4 template blank is 1.1.2.

I would like to test out J4! on a test copy of a current website, for which I use T$_Blank as the basic template. J4! update check program informs me this should be 2.0.0 but the only one at Joomlart is 1.1.2, is the new one to be released soon?
