Jadev2 data URL error in JA-Property template

I am using JA-Property template in my testing site: http://infomenu.sd/mubadarat

TEST 1
In the demo site for JA Propery template
I tried to open the first link in the home page, titled: (Barons Ln Southampton Oceanfront Estate).
The link appears in the status bar as:
https://ja-property.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/properties/category-blog/12-new-york/9-barons-ln-southampton-oceanfront-estate

In my testing site, and for the same link, it appears in the status bar as:
http://infomenu.sd/mubadarat/index.php/properties/category-blog/12-new-york/9-barons-ln-southampton-oceanfront-estate

RESULT:
Both work properly.

TEST 2
1. in both sites (The demo site of JA Propery template, and my testing site) I tries to open menu: PROPERTIES>> GRID.
2. Then I tried to click the first link titled: (Light Filled One Bedroom)

The link in the demo site appears in the status bar as:
https://ja-property.demo.joomlart.com/jadev2_data/sites/auto/qs.-property.1570700713/index.php/properties/category-blog/14-washington/51-light-filled-one-bedroom

The link in my testing site appears in the status bar as:
http://infomenu.sd/jadev2_data/sites/auto/qs.-property.1570700713/index.php/properties/category-blog/14-washington/51-light-filled-one-bedroom

(Notice that the subdirectory of the website, i.e. mubadarat, does not appear in the link!)
RESULT:
1. Both links don’t work perfect. The first brings back to the home page!
2. Mine leads to an error that reads:
Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

If it's from JA Megafilter, pls try to re-index the filter first in Backend >> Components >> JA Megafilter

P/s: JA Property is one of our premium templates, you need to have active membership to get updates & support. Pls renew your membership.

I have had that active membership once without ANY benefit!
If I don't get proper documentation on the templates that I should have in a pro membership, why would any wise guy repay for that kind of membership?
I am posting this here because one of your colleagues told me that WITHOUT the active membership I can get at least the general help! The kind of making the template demo WORK FINE!

I need to find out that these templates work as expected, then it will be easy to renew my membership.
I need to make just the demo work as expected! I mean your demo!
