Can't get the image of courthouse on the homepage as the main image

I have been trying to fix this all weekend long, and have to admit I need help. The articles on the home, in the right and module called sidebar, need to be in a certain order. They appear in the right order, but the main image should be of the Perry County Courthouse, not the inside of the library. How do I make the first article on the right, the courthouse image, be the main image when you go to the site? I thought the main image came from the first item in the main menu.

Hi Pat,

The left/right part are 2 different modules so you can decide which content will show up.

For example, the big item is from module called 'Frontpage mode sidebar' - I just configured so it loads K2 items and to show the PERRY COUNTY, TENNESSEE GOVERNMENT as you wish.

You can check backend settings of this module and see the same.

Thank you for fixing this. But please explain what controls the large image on the left that put the big red X through. I tried and tried to find it before contacting you, and thought it was my cache, but that didn't seem to fix it either.

As you can see from my attached screenshot, that module will display a K2 item with id:364, the image is from this K2 item in K2 component in backend of you site.
