Failure to assign the desired menu for mobile with aliases

Hello
I am currently testing the major frameworks under joomla 4.
I want to have a mobile menu on the right side that displays only some aliases of the main menu.
I followed the documentation :

I can't do it.
The page is accessible. Can you tell me how to achieve the desired assignment to have this mobile menu?

For menu on mobile, T4 supports 2 menu systems: collapsed menu and off-canvas menu.

You can create a Menu module and assign to off-canvas position.

I just did it again today.
I still can't do what I want despite the tutorial.

There is also JS error comes from the social sharing module, I temporarily disabled it.

Thank you for your answer it's better because it works under firefox but not under chromuim where I was testing. Pictures will help, I hope. a conflict ?

a) If I reduce the size of the browser window and click on 1), I see the full menu corresponding to the main menu!

b) In desktop mode, if I click on 2) nothing happens!

c) in both cases, I have the off-canvas module that appears on the top left!

I do not have the desired operation on chromuim
In general, what I want is
1/ a mobile menu that displays some aliases of the main menu by clicking on 2)
2/ if possible a sidebar with a text module that appears by clicking on 1)
3/ no appearance of the off-canvas module on the top left
4/ no sandwich menu at the same time in mobile mode

I don't see the module on top left now.

I'm using Chrome browser so my screenshot above was taken on Chrome also and it works well.

I also see both collapsed navigation and off-canvas on mobile now:

Didn't you do anything?

Remain 3 problems in mobile mode (see the / on the image), how to
1/ delete the left menu "=" then how to delete the right menu "=" to have all the cases ?
2/ delete the title that appears at the top?
3/ on chromuim, I think there is a bug that makes the "=" appear. On firefox and brave, the alias of the main menu link is good.

Maybe cache issue so I disabled the cache by enabling the Dev mode in Global Configuration:

About the left toggle menu, you can disable it in "Navigation" settings in template ( I did it for you):

For the off-canvas header, I used this custom CSS to hide it:

.t4-offcanvas .t4-off-canvas-header a {
	display: none;
}

Thank you for answering me. I understood the differences between megamenu and off-canva
It works almost perfectly except ... with chromuim/ubuntu (maybe slight difference with your chrome!).
The page is displayed correctly then after a second, the module is put on the left top!
I have of course deleted the browser/server cache regularly.
Can you report this problem?

I removed the dev' mode [system], reactivated gzip and I will retest social plugins and
themes

hdcms It's weird as it always looks normally at my end (as the screenshot I sent).

I will check with my colleague if it happens on his PC or not.
