JA Alpha Contact Page broken

I am currently getting acquainted with JA Alpha on Joomla4 on a standalone PC with xampp. For reproduction purposes I created a bare installation of joomla4, installed the template t4 and necessary extensions. All versions recent.
Following the instruction there are two differences in the screens to fill and the result is less then optimal (see screenshot)

In MenuItem-> Contact Display Options the Display Format selector is missing
In Component->Contact->Display the Display Format is missing.

For the display format in com_contact, Joomla 4 removed it, it's not missing.

About the warning, our developer is fixing it. I will update here when having news.

Please don't forget all symptoms.
1) The layout always starts closed. You need to click on a field to set the contect (i.e. the mail form)
2) The layout is different

It is OK, but what will be necessary if I make a new clean install of the template. Will there be a new template version in the future?
