strange text "unpublished" or in german "hidden" in t4_bs5_blank1.1.11.1

in new t4_bs5_blank 1.1.1 there's a strange text "unpublished" on top of content, when there is no module on the left side! It seems to not have any context.
But for any visitor who is visitung the page, it is disturbing to see that something is "unpublished" or even in german "hidden".

change to:
