Joomla administrator blank page issue

I have an old website which was created based on ONE Page template. I haven't login to the administrator site for a while. Today I tried to login but the administrator site becomes a blank page after I type my ID and password. Please see the attached p1 and p2 images.
Can you please let me know how to fix the problem? Thanks.

You can set error report to maximum in configuration.php file in your site root folder and it will display the cause of error in Joomla.

Yes, I can see the landing page of the administrator site but after type ID and password, it returns a white page as shown in P3.
Can you offer me a detail instruction to fix this problem? Thanks.

Kindly apply the suggestion i shared first and also try to downgrade PHP version.
Without set error report to max it would not display as its related to backend part only.

You can rename this plugin folder name also have you downgrade PHP version? I do not know what PHP version you are using and Joomla version/

The front end will not work if I rename the plugin folder. Attached please find the version info of my phpMyAdmin. They told me 4.94 is the lowest version I can go.

Kindly edit fields in first post and submit site super user login, and cpanel login. The issue is non JA issue so I can assure a fix as it is related to Joomla. I will have a look and update you after that u can post it on Joomla forum.

Go Daddy will send a verification code to me if you try to login. How can I pass the verification code to you? Can we use teamVieweer?

Sorry there is no support via Teamviewer as it is not issue from our product and possible on of your extension not compatible with Joomla .
Kindly submit the requested details first, again this issue not with template i am just trying to help you.
Also do not make multiple post for same topic it only make thread post no. and not help at all

Update : Your issue has been solved now you can access the site, It was due to incompatible PHP and Joomla version on your site
