hostrk Hi Can you share the error you are getting? Which module you want to update? As per JA Pro you can download the JA templates and complimentary extensions that comes with template from template download pages.
For some reason the download links are not active.
hostrk Hi JA Pro members can download from the Templates section only. You can download JA Quick Contact module at JA Ego page for example.
