Broken JA Alpha contact form

I updated my website from J3.10.1 to J4.0.2 using the JA Alpha 2.0 template with T4 2.0.1

The only problem I found was the contact that appears all disfigured.

Here: https://www.krsites.com.br/contato

And at the bottom there is the error:

0
Class "JApplication" not found

How to solve?

I can't access that page on your site, pls try to update latest version for T4 + JA Alpha template.

And try to replace the file I sent in that topic: https://www.joomlart.com/forums/d/37055-ja-alpha-contact-page-broken/7

Template is updated J4 + JA Alpha 2.0 + T4 2.0.2

Even updated, it replaces the topic file you sent and nothing changed.

In the Footer menu has "Institucional > Contato" there is contact, but at the top of the site has "Solicite um orçamento Grátis" both go to the page with an error.

I've moved everything and I can't solve this error.

It looks like there was something wrong with Joomla update on your site. I tried to access backend of your site but it's broken now.

The site is normal saguaros I just accessed it, there is a problem with the backend template that appeared after I updated T4 2.0.1 to 2.0.2.

but at the moment my priority is to solve the problem of the contact form, which is the bridge of my business with clients

If you assign that contact page to the default Joomla template, you will understand what I meant. It even doesn't work with default Joomla template. That's why I said there is problem with your Joomla update.

I went back to the backup of the site, I cleaned modules and components and to my surprise the Template appears as not compatible, I had to keep it to see if any updates come out.

It's weird as I tried to install template + t4 plugin on my site but no update required:

Could you try to download latest version of JA Alpha and T4 framework then install directly into your site again?

I managed to migrate perfectly, but the contact form that appeared to be mangled doesn't load at all. I've already checked the contact's category, made another contact and it just doesn't work with the template.
