JA Blockk installation error

I am trying to migrate a site to Joomla 4, for this I have installed a JA Blockk Quickstart on a test site. I have to say that the result is a total disaster, after several attempts to update the site to Joomla 4, neither the backend nor the frontend work, and the red screen of death appears.

I have left it for impossible because I am afraid that until there is a Quickstart of a template with Joomla 4 the errors will not be fixed.

Anyway, I'm going to try to do a manual migration, but after updating all the plugins, the template, etc., and the system to Joomla 3.10.1 (The Quickstart still installs Joomla 3.9.28) I get the following error:

JA Blockk is not ready for Joomla 4, the team are working on it and do hope to release it this week.

The error does not occur when migrating to Joomla 4, it occurs on a clean installation of JA Blockk.

Anyway, I have already located the error. In the file /modules/mod_jacontentlisting/helper.php, line 373, there is an error in the code (a period in front of the = sign that should not be there).

BAD: $layoutOutput .= ob_get_contents();
OK: $layoutOutput = ob_get_contents();

Once that point is removed, the error stops. Fix it in future versions.
