GK Writer template is in the plan for the Joomla 4 updates here you can see here https://www.joomlart.com/joomla4-status/index.php?group=gavick
But this will take some time as the updates already in progress. I can not provide a fix date at the moment but we will try are trying hard to update compatible templates as soon as possible.
I also sharing the feedback for concern team on this.
