JA Megafilter Error Msg

Hi
1.I have an important query .Everytime I save a new Megafilter instance ( in the component ) ..it takes ages to save .Why ? Is it because it is indexing the articles? ( in this case I am using Megafilter ) to filter Joomla custom fields.
2.The 2nd question is why the articles are not being displayed when I use the filter ? (see screenshot )

Will appreciate an update asap ...regarding why I do not see any listing after the Megafilter has been set up correctly ( read the documentation etc )

Latest Update :

The CRON issue is a non starter as I am not going to use CRON for the time being.
2.My main concern is why the results of the filter are not being displayed .

To be sure that the details I provide are very clear
- am using JA Intranet template running J 3.10
- have defined custom fields
- have set up Megafilter component and the important settings are attached
- I also need to know why the word "SHOP BY " appears in the front end of Megafilter for custom fields
  ( am not using VirtueMart etc )

Is there any support for JA Megafilter ?
I subscribed to JA extensions primarily because of JA Megafilter.
Please do revert if this extension is no longer supported.

Hi,

I'm sorry for this lateness as somehow we missed this one.

As the first message indicated that you need to create a new cron URL and save the filter again to make it work.

After setup for the filter, you will need to index filter again so it can update the frontend result.

If the issue still persists, you can share the super admin credentials of your site so I can check directly for you.

Thank you for the response.
I followed the instructions you gave ( ie create cron , then index etc )
Its the same as before which is :

On the filter page " View Detail " appears
When I click "View Detail "...the correct article appears with the Joomla custom field displayed.

I need the title of the article to appear instead of " View Detail ".
Do please assist .

Also, as mentioned in my earlier query, I do not wish " Shop " to appear .( see attachment below )
Where in the settings can I disable the word " Shop " ?
I am using Megafilter with Joomla custom fields not with Virtuemart etc .

I am using JA Intranet template ( J3 )

jamarrett It due to the configuration in the filter only.

You can open the filter in JA Megafilter component >> Page Options and move the 'Unused Content Elements' on the left into the right column to display on frontend.

I just did for you and you can see items details now.
