Extensions update issue

Hello, im having an issue with updating those two addons
even when trying to update with JoomlArt Extensions Manager it show me that update is finish but it never do

In JAEM it is showing it's updated successful.
Go to Joomla updates you will see button clear cache to remove notifications.
You can see current version by extension Manage tab for each extension.

Hello sorry for the late reply. after clearing cache are updating with ja extension . one addon is update,
but JA Content Listing Module is refusing to update to 1.2.0. upgrade is successfull but after refreshing verion is still 1.03

hello,

that is my issue, its say that update is finish (1.2.0) and it never does..currently its (1.0.3). and i always get notifications that this plugin should be updated

In Joomla updates when u see these update click on clear cache buttons and it will remove them.

didnt solve my issue and now after upgrading to 3.10 some of the modules are having display issue,

My license is Ja Pro..maybe because of that i cant upgrade the extension if not is there a way to manual update it

Kindly use JA extension manager component to update the JA extension. Joomla updates only for notifications . You can see update steps on your screenshot by click on updates steps link.

I will explain my problem :
Current version of Ja content Listing is 1.0.3, should be upgraded to 1.2.0
in ja extension manager i press Upgrade Now, it gives me a message that Upgraded is successful and to refresh my page. after refreshing nothing happens version is still 1.0.3 and upgrade message reappeared .

My question is Does My license affect the extension Update mine is Ja Pro doesn't includes Extension , if Not
why this extension refusing to Upgrade.

i did whqt you suggested but i had 2 problems
1-

ajax- ja content Type there is no Version to update

JA Content Listing Module there is no extension at all :

The first problem was solved THANKS
second problem was not able to do so, the file JA Content Listing Module is missing from extension name

I don't know what is happening here, but as far as i know this topic is related to my issue not this random person with unrelated problems . I've been posting my issue for the last 1 week. with no response .
