Ninja Hi Pankaj - many thanks for getting back to me so quickly. The directory permission is 0755 and the video file is 0644. Is this not correct? Thanks again,

Hi again Pankaj - I've fixed it. The directory was being denied access by AdminTools so I've changed .htaccess to allow. Thanks again for your help. Best wishes Ian
