I'm suddenly having trouble with some users being able to login to JomSocial. Some can, but newly registered users cannot -- even though I've activated them and put them into the Registered user group.

I use a Pending user group for new registrants, as all users will need to be verified before they can access the site. But even though I've activated them and put them in the Registered group, they cannot log in.

Please help me determine the cause of this?

ALSO, is there a way I can look at the registered (pending) users' profile question answers before approving them? I'm not finding where to do this. They fill out a pretty significant questionaire, but if I can't see their answers anywhere prior to activating them, it does me little good.

I think this may prove insightful for you in helping me determine the cause of my user registration approval problem:

When I click the link in the email generated by the site that I have a new user awaiting approval, at the following URL: https://brewliving.com/index.php?option=com_community&view=register&task=activate&token=a6ed88659efe753902be699f53055aeb for example, it comes back with Error 0, Invalid Token.

Is this because I've already activated them in Joomla? Or is it the cause of their inability to login?

    By default New user registration is Registered on your site it is Pending http://prntscr.com/1r9h2k6
    kindly change it and check. If you change the group later the token is not valid as user already activated manually. Since activate of user already by admin it can be Registered user group by default.
    Without admin activate they can not view site already.
