I'm suddenly having trouble with some users being able to login to JomSocial. Some can, but newly registered users cannot -- even though I've activated them and put them into the Registered user group.
I use a Pending user group for new registrants, as all users will need to be verified before they can access the site. But even though I've activated them and put them in the Registered group, they cannot log in.
Please help me determine the cause of this?
ALSO, is there a way I can look at the registered (pending) users' profile question answers before approving them? I'm not finding where to do this. They fill out a pretty significant questionaire, but if I can't see their answers anywhere prior to activating them, it does me little good.
