J4 - Table doesn´t exist and ACM Module problems after update

Hi,
using JA Alpha on Joomla 4.0.2 from Quickstart (no migration).

All modules, plugins and articles with error message:
When publishing or unpublishing modules, plugins, articles - I could do it but I got the error massages like this above:
"Table '8842894db2.j912b1_modules' doesn't exist"
Switching from german language (with error) in backend to the default english (no error) and then back to german... the error was gone.
What causes this error? Will it return?

JA ACM Module broken after update 2.2.2:
Yesterday I worked on the module, using the "Client/Style1", added 6 Logos, changed things... everything fine.
Today I made the latest update and then the module was not able to work on in backend. Content in backend was gone, changing text or images not possible anymore. I can save changes, but they are not executed. On frontend the "old" one with all the content from yesterday is visible at the same time. (Screenshots)

I have to do all over again - make a new module and add images and text...
That´s not fine, when modules get broken by updates.
What causes this problem? Will it return?

Hi waldo99

It seems to be issue with the quickstart package. I've reported to the team to fix the quickstart package.

For JA ACM module, I tried to replicate on my site but it worked properly.

Let me check with our developer on this and will get back to you.
