unable to progress due to upgrad of joomla to Joomla! 3.10.1

the plugin was working before I upgraded joomla now it functions differently in uptodate chrome, opera and edge.

with opera it opens and empty page when a user tries to register.
With chromei get as far as registering as a user
With Edge it lets me select register and then hangs.

attached in the chrome screen shot of the error.

in administrator, if I go to the fields tab, it fires this error.

this is urgent, this is people registering for an event on 29th september. it's been unavailable for a day.

Hi tinarowe

Joomla 3.10 is an upgrade step for Joomla 4 update. If you've not planned to upgrade to Joomla 4 now, you can stay with Joomla 3.9 as DT Register is not tested for Joomla 3.10 yet.

If you have backup of previous working version, please revert it back.

I do, now the plugin is freezing the page and making it impossible to book. it's also freezing the backend.

I rolled the site back and have made no other changes. this was not an issue before the upgrade.

i'm getting 500 internal server errors everywhere when I switch the plugin back on.

That's server error, could you check the configuration file again to make sure that all information are correct? You can also contact your hosting provider for help to check that server info.
