Off-canvas menu on mobile phone

On my live site (joomla 3) - https://www.stmaryscalne.org - the sub menu items show and remain in view until clicked.

On my upgrade site (joomla 4) - https://www.stmaryscalne.org/j3test - the sub menu items disappear after milliseconds so they cannot be clicked.

Please could you advise.

Also, is it possible to show all the menu items in one long list rather than having to click on a top level item?

Kindly update the T4 plugin to latest version.
Open Template style > Navigation settings > off canvas
choose the option to display and re save settings for animation. There are new version in T4 that required re save of menu setting either drilldown or accordian.

I downloaded T4 sysytem plugin 2.0.2 and the template bs5 1.1.2 and it has crashed the front end!

I have cleared cache

I have sorted it out by editing the file as in the post you have hidden. The site is an upgrade rather than a new j4 site but I doubt that this is the issue.

The menu is now working well - thank you. Do you still need login details?

Hello.

I got the same problem. My mega menu on mobile no matter it is offcanvas or default mobile menu (T4 framework)... when clikced it is showing submenu but when I want to see submenu items from columns and click URL with arrow to reveal submenu it is instantly redirecting me to this menu position. I already upgraded to latest t4_blank and T4 plugin... I can send You url on priv. But i know that this problem is typical for T4... one way to fix it is to make main column url as separator (but on this website cannot do this)...

Sadly T4 is giving more headache...

OK, the problem is with new versions of T4 framework plugin - to fix just downgrade to latest working version. Upgrading to latest is not fixing this bug... and it is well known for a year. 🙂
