Can you tell me the Article URL ?
I checked couple of articles pages from site Homepage and all opening fine.
If any article is showing module, please check the Article category must be assigned to a menu item otherwise Joomla will open it on default Home page.

So i unpublished the Moduleslast night... but now ive published them but they not showing Ninja This is what the home page looked like before i unpublished the modules ...Please see screenshot

Kindly turn off the URL re write as site giving 404.
Also apply my suggestion as article category not assigned to a menu it will open under Home page.

Create A new menu item > category blog > select the category in it and save.
now the article of selected category will open under this menu and not on the Homepage.

also the site isnt giving me a 404 error on my side ... I turned the URL rewritting for the purpose of removing the index.php in the URL
