JA Diner template has the Module options tab there is no such extra fields.
Can you check here in doc https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/joomla-templates/ja-diner#homepage
let me know if there is any setting not same.

Indeed, the page of client testimonials is not the same as on this page: http://legoutm.mosala.biz/temoignages.html where background image is set in JA Extra Fields.

I can see the module in JA Diner fine.
The ACM style will work with same template in which its style supported.

About the 2nd question it also work same. Each template work on its own feature and design. you should use the same template to get the exact same menu, In involve many changes in the style and files to use another template feature on a different template.

Actually, these restaurant menus are set with the ACM block "Tab", "Style-1" from JA Restaurant template that retrieves all contents in module position "Food-menu", in other hand, they're all running on JA Restaurant template.

If you are using a JA ACM Layout from rest. template it will work only with same template. It does not work on Diner at all. Further the Extra fields option will work when the template is set as default.
If you have any issue, you can let me know the Module ID and page URL. that does not look like in the demo site.

Please read my first post, cause i do not talk about JA Diner anymore. JA Diner was about the first issue.

Now i'm talking about the template JA Rest. I installed JA Rest on http://legoutm.mosala.biz/ and set it as default template, i set JA ACM module for restaurant menus like on your demo with blocks related to JA Rest template, no JA Diner. But some menus do not display well on this page ("Dessert Style-2" menu for instance): http://legoutm.mosala.biz/menus.html

Thanks for giving correct details because the thread was opened on JA Diner template forum it was related with that. Kindly make the question on correct forum for future.

About the Menu tab issue on the page kindly apply the fix given here
Save file, clear browser and Joomla cache and check.
