I tried to update the template using the JAEM, and got the following error message:
Response from JoomlArt Updater Service: Your account does not have enough permission to take this action! Please contact "JoomlArt Updater Service" for more information or use another account.
Then I tried to update the template using the Joomla updating system, and got this error message:
Failed to extract file: download.php_element_ja_candidate_version_2.0.1_type_template_coreVersion_j31
Then I downloaded the template directly from your site (there is no way to confirm the template is either for Joomla 3.x, or 4.x - but there is a distinction in the quickstart packages), and used the Upload Package feature in Joomla to install the new template. and that worked.
Just an FYI. Could any of this be caused by the fact I'm working with an IP address rather than a domain name?
