t4_blank 1.1.2 don't show pagination menu in articles page

Hello, after update to version 1.1.2 T4_blank template, is no longer displayed the pagination menu in articles page... any suggest?

I changed the template to Protostar for this menu item and result is same. Articles not have the pagination till you will add it inside the article.
Let me know if you found it with protostar as the articles does not have any paginations

I tried to change the Fiat menu item, from list to Blog category, now i see the pagination ...but i have two problem after change:

the page that show the categories under Fiat are in two columns... id'like to show them in one column.

the first line of the articles preview are not aligned , while the second line it's rigth ....i don't understand !

I applied the changes only to the Fiat menu

That you shared is a article page.

the pagination on my site should only work on the article pages, on the other pages there are mainly the list of categories that are numerically few so not necessary have a pagination function.

I use a site in local with template at 1.0.9 version and all all menu items are setting to: single category list; all work correctly.

Sorry i do not understand your native language as you have shared screenshot with Protostar and page URL where its working.
The URL you shared here already has the pagination http://prntscr.com/1t6977b and it is using T4 blank template.
The screenshot i shared is taken from the live site URL u added.
