K2 Importer fro website not working

As discussed on chat. Every time when i try to install the plugin/component i get an error that there is no installation file.

It seems relate to the server side as I tried to install any Joomla extension into your site, it still did not work either, not just our extension.

You should contact your hosting provider for help to investigate further on this.

You may check:

1 - PHP info: Check the values given for the parameters ‘upload_max_filesize’ and ‘post_max_size’ and increase the values to bigger

2 - File/folder permissions: make sure that you set correct permission: File-644 and Folder-755

Thank you for checking.

I was able to fix it. After installation I set up parameters (categories) and did a migration.

The mapping of articles worked good.
However the Video was not imported. I checked it and video should be imported according to the website text.
Video type Embed(Youtube, Vimeo)

Maybe I am doing something wrong?

I see that the extra fields import didnt't go succesfully.

Article Article for testing extra field: Extra field Video was imported, however 2 other extra fields were empty

3) Also is it possible to map the k2 extra fields with Joomla extra fields?

Pls note that each categrory /extra field will import one time. Any change after import won’t be updated. So if you add video later, you will need to remove the imported content articles and import again.

Extra Fields Group in K2 will be imported and converted to content type, you can see the details here: https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/joomla-plugins/k2-to-com-content-migration-plugin#how-to

P/s: I check several K2 items but don't see value for video.

Both the k2 article Old test and New test have video and link.

I removed the imported content so you can test, We experience this errors:
1) K2 Media: Video > Is not imported
2) K2 Extra Field: Link > Is not imported (any link)

1 Well i bought subscription for media and k2 extra fields, on the website it is listed by the way.

2 Currently the extra fields group are not imported as a group, just the values; which is a shame. Or can you activate it?

Another question. I deleted migrated com_content and did a reimport, but none were imported. WHich table should i truncate to retry an import?

I removed content but they are still skipped. Which table is the import data stored. I need to know this because i am sure it will go wrong more times. And Look now we past 2 weeks and we haven't made any progress.

3) I moved k2 video to k2 full text (content)
