How to check video in the group?

Hi ) Member of the group downloaded video. The status "on checking administrator." How to check and approve it?

For local video upload your server must support latest FFMPEG

Ninja Administrator can watch it. It is loaded to the server. But it is not accessible for other members of the group (on checking administrator).

You have not share the videos details yet . If it's local videos you r server must support FFMPEG.

First video goes to local server and FFMPEG convert them. Also it must be installed as PHP module on server not an application.
Did you already setup cron job and S3 setting?
The FFMPEG path also need to defined in video setting on backend.
When a local video upload it send to server and run a cron job will convert it only of FFMPEG is working .
You can open Jomsocial > mail queue and execute cron job to see video converted or pending. If pending the FFMPEG is not working on your server.
Please not FFMPEG also consume server resources.

Expansion is installed locally.
The FFMPEG path is defined in video setting (Configuration > Video > Path to FFMPEG )
Jomsocial> mail queue: "Hello, Efim Well done in the group just added a new video. Subject: Listed You can view this video by clicking on the link: <a href="{rl }"> {url} </a> Successful you day!" No mail queue has been added yet.

Kindly check my previous suggestion again, the videos will remain pending state when you uploaded them via PC and if your server does not support FFMPEG https://ffmpeg.org/download.html

Without FFMPEG support your server would not convert the video and they will stay in the pending state.

If the server support FFMPEG and you have added the FFMPEG absolute path in JomSocial > Video settings.
Upload a video on frontend. It will upload and show pending.
Now open JomSocial Mail queue from backend > execute cron
if the FFMPEG is working the cron message will show videos converted. If not it will show count not convert videos.
This is how local videos works.

Hi kindly edit fields in first post and submit temp super user login. Also give information about FFMPEG from your hosting provider whether it's support or not as PHP module and version with Absolut installation path.

This is the latest FFMPEG and on server its not converting the videos. kindly wait for the dev team update on this as server side issue is hard to detect from site side.

The updated fields does not containes FFMPEG version from above shared and seems different.
Kindly check with provide the above link. Once it is installed as server application you have to add the installation path in the Video settings FFMPEG.
After this step upload a small mp4 video on frontend for test.
Go to backend > Email queue > Execute Cron
If it showing videos converted means video is converted by FFMPEG on the server.
