I had a display problem in the front-office part of my platform after the last update of the joomla system. do you have any idea what it is ?
here is the message displayed :
CALL TO UNDEFINED METHOD JMODULEHELPER::GETMODULEBYID()

Hello, I just noticed that the administration accounts no longer work except that of super user !

Can you submit the working super user login?
Also is the error showing only on backend? It would be Joomla issue with PHP version you are using you can upgrade the PHP version and check that may help , If the current version of your Joomla not supported the installed PHP.
Without admin access it is hard to assume exact cause of issue.

Kindly take backup of site and update template to latest version as well https://www.joomlart.com/member/downloads/joomlart/joomla-templates/ja-intranet
