JoomlaShine Acquisition Opportunity/Possibility

So I'm not a current customer, although I currently find myself in the market. I've been a loyal customer with JoomlaShine since I was introduced to them back in 2008. I was for the most part always happy with their products and support, so for virtually all of my sites I relied almost entirely on their products. As of 9/14/2021 they have annouced that they are closing their service, and at present time are on prepared to provide limited support for the next 12 months to follow the announcement. The only update we have been told that will happen between now and then is an update to remove the server license check so that the templates can be used beyond the end of their support as the website will be shutdown after 9/14/22.

With that being said I saw on your Ultimate Developers package that part of what was included was "Free access to all upcoming acquisitions" and made me wonder... Would JoomlArt possibly be interested in taking up the JoomlaShine torch so to speak. I don't know what that would involve as I know you have many templates and your own PageBuilder already, but I part of me can't believe JoomlaShine's products should just fade away like this, and that with a larger company taking over maybe not only could there be some support offerred to JoomlaShine's existing customers, and there could possibly be some of their code that could be either integrated into your existing products, or maybe they have some extension or templates that you could benefit from having as part of your library of options... or (I know this one is foolish) maybe you could just take on JoomlaShine as another project under your umbrella and you all start developing the updates for their products and keep them alive completely?

I don't know that any of this is possible, I'm just a distraught want-a-be web developer that invested in a company for over 10 years now, and I'm feeling lost as I look to what I'm going to have to do to move past this moment.

if Aquisitions are something you all still do, I can't get down on my knees and beg enough to please contact JoomlaShine.com and see if there might be an aggreement that you all could arrange.

It would take a lot of resource to update the existing Joomlashine collection to J4. Unfortunately it is a task that we cannot afford right now.

Whilst I'm not a JoomlaShine customer, this was exactly what I though of when I saw their announcement last week.
I can see the appeal for old JoomlaShine users, but don't see the $$$ incentive for Joomlart. If JoomlaShine couldn't make enough money out of their business, how could Joomlart step in, honour the old memberships. retain the customer base and make money?
I came into Joomlart through their JoomlaBamboo purchase, and the writing is on the wall for that template collection. There only so many frameworks etc that you would think they can support.
Anyway fingers crossed you get some support, but Jooml4 is an opportunity to reset and start from scratch sadly.

I read the news, talked to some users from Joomlashine on our live chat, emails. I am sorry to hear this.
Yes, our resource is limited at the moment due to the big update for Joomla 4. It is a major update as you know and I am aware that, our users are waiting for the updates, therefore, Joomla 4 is a priority at this moment. And with the update, the support workload will also increase and we want to make sure, our customers are well supported.
