According to the documentation on the site, JA Property should work with Joomla 4. But it doesn't.

This template is not ready for J4 yet, there are some components used in this template which are not compatible with J4 either. You can check the update status here: https://www.joomlart.com/joomla4-status/

I noticed. I just want to point out that the documentation on the page isn't correct though. Accoring to this page, it should be compatible with J4:https://www.joomlart.com/joomla/templates/ja-property
