Tags problems in T4 Framework for j4

I update to Joomla 4 and I have a two problems and i don't know how resolved it.
1. In the admin when i write a article, I place the tags and when I save, they disappear and there are only five left. I have tried all the ways to create tags but when I save the article they get deleted again.

On the other hand, search results and tags pages always appear on the home page, before they were seen on a separate page. How can I change that default page as in the j3 version?

Tags should be core Joomla feature, could you switch to use default Joomla template and see how it goes? I don't think it's related to T4 framework.
