Can you check if the module is using latest version and your server is sending email from system > global configurations > send test email.
if issue remain same kindly edit fields in first post and submit a temp super user login for staff.
So i can have a look over it.

Hello,
i checked, but as you can see if you go to contacts the base component works, quick contact gives me the same error.
Ja quick contact is at version 2.7.0 the problem gives me both in development and locally.

Can you try it now and check if you get email after submission?

I disabled the JA Quick contact override from template. It appears issue so i will re check and will report to dev team so it will be fixed in template and you will not have to re apply this change.
