JA Builder Blank Edit Screen

Trying to update any JA builder page by viewing all pages then selecting Live Update a new tab opens with address eg /test01.html?jub=edit but the screen remains blank. Happens on old and new pages. Have logged into Joomlart site on another tab but makes no difference.
Any ideas please

Same Issue just started today - all JA Builder pages on website https://mlcproperties.com. Have tried on Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox and Firefox Developer on Mac Pro tower, MacBook Pro and Windows PC.

Please reply walt@waltkennedy.com for site admin and FTP credentials if needed.

gailjomsocial The new page is working fine. We will update the cookies for the warning message so that it will not show after you close.
