Contakt is not displayed

Dear team, I don't know why I can't see the contact form on the page, I've done some tests but nothing worked. I modified the content of contact and the link stopped showing: https://elearning-zen.sgsp.edu.pl/index.php/kontakt-do-nas
I checked other suggestions for similar cases, it looks like the configuration is correct.
Can you help me?

Kindly check it now. It appears issue in the override file /html/com_contact/contact/default1.php" in template "ja_educatsy".
renamed it to default1 so it not work as override. I will check it in fresh package and if issue found i will raise it to dev team for fix in next version.
On your site you can see the contact page now.

Thank you for your help.
In the meantime, I did a new install based on quickstart, this screen displays correctly. I have the same environment: php7.3 and MariaDB. Could re-editing the content of the contact cause the problem again? I admit that I do not find a logical sequence of cause and effect here.

I checked the new quickstart as well and the issue is not replicated there and only on your site specific.
