                      Module ID does not show the URL of frontend, kindly provide proper information as requested so i can check the page and also screenshot as the issue is not clear whether from template side or module only.

                          You will see module on the left site with main categories only - but it should show subcats too.

                          /administrator/index.php?option=com_modules
                          module: Wszystkie kategorie ID 100
