2. In WSZYSTKIE categories should includes subcategories.

As a part of debug kindly update the template to latest version first https://www.joomlart.com/member/downloads/joomlart/joomla-templates/ja-cagox
Also the template support only Joomla 3.9.2.x at the moment not latest Joomla.
About the category part please share the URL of page so i can check the output with default Joomla template for it.

Sorry i missed to inform you that template not ready for new version so i disabled the override and you will not se array now and it work fine, you can check and confirm.

Module ID does not show the URL of frontend, kindly provide proper information as requested so i can check the page and also screenshot as the issue is not clear whether from template side or module only.

You will see module on the left site with main categories only - but it should show subcats too.

module: Wszystkie kategorie ID 100

You may report it to VM support as this is same for default Joomla template.
