Frankly this is a joke, you've lied to us repeatedly in the past about the continuity of the JABuilder tool, essentially abandoning it to the junk heap in favour of T4, yet still take our money at a premium price for broken tech, then you break the servers and NEVER HAD BACKUPS?
I pay you for this software remember?? I PAY for the privilege of you lying to me, selling me shoddy products and providing inadequate support.
I'm seriously considering seeking legal advice, I built a good chunk of my business on the supposed reliability and simplicity of your tool, I pay a premium to have access to the pro features, I pay a premium on top of that as I have to pay the exchange rate, which is absurdly high. and I'm left with a heap of junk that will break my clients sites if they're not updated, that gives me HTML to edit when I do update, something I bought this tool to avoid having to mess with, that still leaves me with the choice of completely rebuilding my clients websites at my own expense, (THOUSANDS of dollars of lost man hours on my end) with no compensation, a vague promise of a rebuild "at some time" which may not even work properly or to just give up and tell my clients the sites they pay me to build are dead, and expect them to foot the cost of a rewrite.

You created this problem, you are responsible for the damage you have created and you need to fix the issue properly, I'm grateful you're working to rebuild the pages but this whole can't be bothered attitude I keep seeing when it comes to this product and the lack of a proper solution is infuriating.
I don't want to rely on you to fix my clients sites, give me a proper tool to extract the block data so I can redeploy the pages myself, that way if I miss something I can fix it, even if you aren't around to help.
I'm sorry this has become a rant but this is just the latest disappointing development in a long line of frustrations with your services.
