T4 Builder is different from JA Builder, which is implemented with different approach, different technique. At this moment, we are still developing T4 Builder: tool, blocks/elements, bundle layouts, ...

And we still keep update JA Builder new versions of Joomla also.

I just simply disappointed. I hired someone who do it because we need all pages to be done to Friday. I looking for compensation because it was your fault.

I need 40+ pages to be done you did 5 so far but without the forms data. So basically you did the look fine, but without functions. I feel sour taste. Plus the menus for different languages were off.

The HTML editor (your golden tool) doesn't show up regardless the updates.

I had a question in my mind if the pages working fine, JUST the edit not possible, why it is hard to extract the data? All information still somewhere right?

Now the HTML editor working. How can I turn it off? We need to re map the menu item in the header?

primechoiceaustralia you can't thats the point they expect you to completely rebuild the pages from scratch. the HTML editor is a fluke fix they found that lets you directly edit the page code but it's not a proper fix, it's a poorly made patch. When you submit a request for a fix they just rebuild the whole site.
I've been seeking legal advice, as the lack of backups is extreme negligence when they built their product to be reliant on the database, the lack of disclosure about the reliance on offsite resources as well may have violated some privacy laws too. frankly a show of good faith like a refund or product extension should have been offered, the financial and reputational losses are significant for those of us who put our trust in this companies solutions.

Language switcher is broken. If changing language, the menu disappear for that language. Only works with one language. If I set the English menu for English language, all other menus empty for other languages. If I set the menu for Portugese, all other menus disappear!
