Can't load modules in the assign deafult Arabic page!

Hello everyone,
I installed this site https://wphostthem.com/wecan2/en (this is the default page) and installed the Arabic Language, and created its template and assign the Arabic menu, and its default for Arabic:
https://wphostthem.com/wecan2/ar/

but its is not taking any module as the default page, I am missing something and can't find it! please help.

i see you are using JA Megastore that is premium template and required an active membership to get support and download.
Kindly subscribe for a valid plan.

yes its true, I have been a member for so many years, and if you check my subscription ended last month only!
my question is really a general question, I miss something for sure.
or you have a bug in the template and you want me to subscribe again so you can fix it?!!!!!!

I checked both default pages of EN + AR but they are quite the same.

Could you clarify the bug of template you're mentioning in more details?
